Dear DHS Team,
I am using India NFHS-4 KR data(Stata) to calculate "knowledge of ORS packets" using variable v416 but the total no of women is not matching with the National report- table no 9.15.

Also, want to see the "Stool disposal practice(in case of the youngest child only" using the same KR data with ta v465[iw=wt] if b9==0, but it is not matching with the report table 9.16.

Can you please help in this regards?SHAREit Appvn

Hello,

Please check the DHS Code Share Library on GitHub that contains code for all DHS indicators listed in the Guide to DHS Statistics. https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Indicators-Stata

Specifically for the indicators you are interested in, you would need the code for Chapter 10: https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Indicators-Stata/tree/mast er/Chap10_CH

For your indicators, you can check the CH_DIAR.do, CH_STOOL.do, and the CH_KNOW_ORS.do files.

To run the code it is recommended you read the readme file on the landing page and also the main file for the chapter you are working on. For instance for this chapter, the child's age is computed in the main file and you would need that to run the other do files.

Thank you.

Best,

Shireen Assaf
