Cross-posting from the ANC section: The PMI MIP team met with reps from MCH and HIV and wondered about the possibility of adding cotrimoxazole to this question as one of the options for malaria prevention in pregnancy. IPTp is contrindicated for women on cotrimoxazole, but we currently don't have any information on the proportion of women who are excluded from IPTp for this reason. We recognize there are ethical considerations and this question might not be feasible, but thought we would raise it for discussion.
