Hi there,

I am working with a dataset that has merged the household data with the children's data in the 2011 Uganda DHS. Can you please explain the difference in the HC70 variable from the household dataset and the HW70 variable?

Can you tell me what the unweighted sample sizes of each should be?

Thank you!

Dear User,
Please see a response from one of our experts, Mr. Noureddine Abderrahim:
Quote:
NO difference between HC70 and HW70 for measured children whose mothers were interviewed The only difference is that HC70 is related to all children measured and HW70 is related to only measured children who have a record in the children's file. Some children who were measured and have a variable HC70 filled don't have a corresponding HW70 if their mothers were not interviewed.
