Hello,

I am interested in looking at district level data for Bangladesh, however, the DHS data for 1996-1997 has sdist coded as numbers and I did not find the names of the specific districts in the Questionnaire. Is there any information available for which districts are coded to which number? Thank you.

I'm also interested to know any district or village identification variable for the Bangladesh dataset.
