Cambodia DHS 2020-21 GPS/Cluster Points Shapefile Issues [message #26993]

Dear DHS,

The Cambodia DHS 2020-21, GIS/GPS data/shapefile for the clusters/points has 709 records. However, records with:

FID number = 28, 96, 326
DHSCLUST number = 29, 97, 327
ADM1NAME = Banteay Meanchey, Kampong Chhang, Phnom Penh

are falling way off the Cambodia shapefile boundaries downloaded from DHS Program's Spatial Data Repository (25 provinces as Admin1 areas). Both shapefiles i.e. GPS points file as well as the Cambodia boundaries file have the same projection and Datum (GCS WGS 1984).

Kindly guide as I am unable to run spatial analysis.
