I am curious if DHS, MICS, or other surveys included in the DHS program contain any questions that can help to distinguish between host and forcibly displaced communities. I am particularly interested in studying maternal mortality but would want to explore other reproductive health outcomes as well.

Thanks,

Blake

Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

DHS does not include information that would be relevant. MICS is a different survey program. Maternal mortality estimates are only produced at the national level. There are not enough cases to produce estimates for sub-populations.
