Please let me ask the following two questions on Indonesia's DHS data: (i) one for 2002, 2007, and 2012 rounds, and (ii) another for the 2017 round.

Question 1. IDHS 2002, 2007, and 2012 datasets have codes for districts (or municipalities -- "sregmun" variable in the Women Recode, for example). But I wonder where I can find the names to assign to those codes. I expect that the names of the second-level administrative unit (districts/municipalities) should be available because:

-- In July 2014, Matt-DHS answered a question on DHS Forum related to geographic identifiers, saying that geographic identifiers are provided for levels first and second administrative levels. Please refer to this: https://userforum.dhsprogram.com/index.php?t=msg&goto=90 75&&srch=second+administrative+level#msg_9075

-- There are papers using district information using the same dataset. So I believe that district names are available for 2002, 2007, and 2012 rounds.

Question 2. For IDHS 2017, I could not even find the codes for districts, which is unlike the previous waves for the country. So I wonder if I miss the district codes in the data, or if they are deleted for some reason. If the district codes are available, can you please also instruct me where I can find the district names?

I would appreciate any of your leads.

Thanks so much!
