Dear User,
The Guide to DHS Statistics on our website http://dhsprogram.com/pubs/pdf/DHSG1/Guide_to_DHS_Statistics _29Oct2012_DHSG1.pdf has a section on Vaccination Rates for Living Children 12-23 months. The publication is bookmarked and has a bookmark for Vaccination Rates.
Definition
A. Coverage:
1. Population base: Living children age 12-23 months.
2. Time period:
a) Any time before survey.
b) By age 12 months of child.
B. Numerator: Number of children receiving specified vaccines, all specified vaccines, and no
specified vaccine, according to information on vaccination card or report by respondent.

The publication offers more than this information and should help you with your analysis.
