Hi -- Can anyone point me to a source where I can see which countries' DHS questionnaires are using full birth histories (FBH+) plus asking women to answer additional questions on pregnancy losses to document stillbirths and those that have switched to obtaining a woman's full pregnancy history (FPH) to obtain stillbirth rates?

You can see a list of the DHS surveys that use a pregnancy history using the survey characteristics search. Here are the results. All other DHS surveys use a full birth history.
