Hello there,

I understand there is a Guide to DHS statistics. Do we have a guide to SPA statistics? I have searched all over to no avail. Please assist

Hello James,
Unfortunately there is currently no Guide to SPA statistics. There is a plan to create one after the SPA revision, which is in process.

There have been many questions about calculating different SPA variables in this forum, so if you are looking to calculate a specific variable, I would recommend searching here first. Many variables can be calculated using the information in the final report - many tables have footnotes indicating the definition of variables. If you still have issues calculating a variable, you can post about it here on the user forum.
