Hello!
I observed that the "DV_viol.do" and "DV_tables.do" are not in the "Chap17_DV" shared folder on GitHub. I would need assistance
to assess the script. Thanks in advance for your help.

Following is a response from Senior DHS Stata Specialist, Tom Pullum:

The Stata code for those indicators is under development and should be available on GitHub by the end of September. Unfortunately, if you need it before then, we cannot help.
