Hi everyone. It is the first time that I use both stata and DHS files. I'm conducting an analysis on India women using NFHS-3. I have some problems with variables "mother's highest education level" (hc61) and "women's age in years" (ha1). They are coded with _1 to _11 and I don't understand what this code refers to. Thank you for the attention.

Dear User, Please refer to The Standard Recode Manual, The Guide to DHS Statistics, our YouTube tutorials and the GitHub site for Stata code to produce Demographic and Health Survey Indicators.
