Hi DHS team,
I am working on multi-country samples. I am using SPSS. I would like to select "country 1" so I did data- select cases-if country =1. After this commend, my data has been selected only for the country 1. I have adjusted for weight, PSU and Strata. I would like to see the numbers across different DHS with my indicator. So I did cross tab in the complex sample. But unfortunately while doing the cross tab, only one DHS data is coming even the data selection has performed correctly. Instead of a weighted sample, if I use the unweighted samples and do the cross tab under descriptive, all the DHS years are coming. Does anyone have any idea what mistakes I am doing?
My other countries cross tab is coming perfectly across different DHS years with the weighted samples. In the same data set, I am having difficulties with country 1.
Can anyone please help with the situation?
Thanks!

Following is a short response from Senior DHS Data Processing Specialist, Ladys Ortiz:
You should use the "filter by" or "temporary" command to select/filter cases. If this does not help, you can include your code in the next post.
