I want to compute some population health indicators at the village/ward/city level in India using recently published DHS data. Since this time NFHS-4 has collected GPS locations (coordinates), I started exploring and I found this link (https://dhsprogram.com/What-We-Do/GPS-Data-Collection.cfm) and get confused. If the locations are displaced due to privacy issue then is there any way to measure population health indicators at the village/ward/city level? Please let me know how can I compute the estimates of population health indicators at the village/ward/town level to pursue geospatial analysis further.

Thank you in advance.

No, there is not a way to identify individual villages, wards, or cities
