I am interested in analyzing biomarker data of MIS Kenya of 2015.

I will to seek anyone's advise on - Malaria microscopy results for children who were tested. It was reported that parasite counts were done in final MIS 2015 Kenya but I could not find the actual parasitemia counts in the MIS 2015 data. Column HML32 - in KEPR7HFL has microscopy results recorded as yes/no (not counts) and HML35 - has RDT results (yes/no). Can I get the actual parasitemia counts for the children who were tested positive for malaria by microscopy.

Thanks for the question, but actual parasite counts in 2015 Kenya MIS are not available for distribution purposes.
