Yes, the HIV/AIDS Survey Indicators Database is still available at http://hivdata.measuredhs.com In Fall 2012, all of the MEASURE DHS HIV-related indicators were added to the STATcompiler. The HIV/AIDS Survey Indicator Database is no longer being updated, but will remain live for archival purposes.
