Hi,

I am working on the SPA data from Tanzania and I was wondering if the "Client ID number" is a specific number assigned to individual clients that participate in SPA survey?

I am asking this because there are multiple "Client ID number" in the SPA Family Planing Record data set and I was wondering if in some cases a client has been interviewed multiple times.

Thank you,
Sebawit

Following is a response from Senior Data Processing Specialist, Claudia Marchena:

Yes, the Client ID numbers are unique; different client IDs are assigned for the clients visiting the facility on the day of the interview. But, to make the ID unique all across the data file, you must combine the Facility ID + Provider ID + Client ID. This combination is what gets you a unique ID for the client in the data file.
