Hello,
I am trying to reproduce:
Users informed about side effect or problems of method used
Users informed what to do if experienced side effects
Users informed about other methods

Do I need to use v3a02 v3a03 v3a04 v3a05 v3a06?
Along with v337 to determine if a woman began using a method over 5 years ago?
I have been unable to perfectly reproduce the numbers in the Afghanistan 2015 report (Table 7.8)
Thanks!
Kristin

Dear User,
A response from data processing specialist, Mr. Fidele Mutima,
Quote:

For Informed choice, Table 7.8, the 2015 Afghanistan DHS, the following variables were used:
- Percentage who were informed about side effects or problems of method used: V3A02 = 1 or V3A03 = 1
- Percentage who were informed about what to do if experienced side effects: V3A04 = 1
- Percentage who were informed by a health or family planning worker of other methods that could be used: V3A05 = 1 or V3A06 = 1
