To whome it may concern,

IBTCI, International Bussiness & Technical Consultants, is in need of the document that explains the method of data construction (Tabulations plan), regarding what indicators have been used, to determine the questions that have been developed for the DHS surveys for MICS6. We are in need of this information because we have indicators available pertaining to measuring adolescent youth sexual and reproductive health in LMICS, but in order to carryout our study of the trends, we are in need of the Tabulations Plan. The country names include, all of the Sub-Saharan African countries that have been involved with DHS (about 40 countries; West Africa, Central Africa and Southern Africa), since the year of 1993, starting in Ghana. The data set we are using is MICS6, Multiple, Indicator Cluster Survey and the DHS, Demographic Health Surveys.
