Hello,
I m working on bivariate analysis between female genital cutting and socio-demographic variables using the 2013 Nigeria DHS data in Stata. Everything works fine with previous surveys (2008 and 2003) but 2013 DHS. I tried a cross tab between FGM (g102) and age group(v013) with no test statistics returned. Instead, I got this response

"Missing test statistics because of stratum with single sampling unit".

I have attached the stata output as well.

Kindly assist.

Thank you.

A response from Dr. Tom Pullum,
Quote:

You need to include the "singleunit()" option in the svyset command. It is described in recent forum posts or you can enter "help svyset" in Stata and look at the options. I usually put "centered" inside the parentheses but have tried all the alternatives and the differences are negligible. Like everything else in svyset, except for the weights, only the standard errors are affected.
