Hi,

We were analyzing the Pakistan 2017 survey and we bumped into the region weights issue. We were able to understand how the weights should be used to generate estimates for those regions but we are still unsure how it does affect the national coverages.
What are the implications of merging the weights and using them as one?
Why are the national estimates not taking those regions into account even though they were surveyed?
