Hi. I want to study the changes policies have made on the status of particular variables especially in the Domestic Violence module. I am using datasets from the Indian subcontinent but I am having difficulty in comparing two datasets- pre- and post as some questions have not been included in both or some entire category is not conducted e.g. no individual dataset or couple dataset. This makes it difficult to compare policy effects in pre and post surveys. Is it possible to maintain consistency across different period surveys? Also some questions have been omitted from questionnaires of certain countries which again makes comparison difficult.
