I am having trouble reproducing the mortality rates from the DHS report. How were they calculated?

I found link "http://www.measuredhs.com/zip/mrspss.zip" and "http://www.measuredhs.com/zip/mrsas.zip" are not working. I got this message "The link or bookmark is no longer valid and may have been moved in the new website. Will you please let me know where can i find these materials.

Dear User,
At this time we do not have STATA files to calculate Maternal Mortality for distribution. Please refer to The Guide to DHS Statistics http:// dhsprogram.com/publications/publication-dhsg1-dhs-questionna ires-and-manuals.cfm for a better understanding of many of our statistics. The section on ADULT AND MATERNAL MORTALITY begins on page 153 of the guide and is under the ADULT AND MATERNAL MORTALITY bookmark. This guide will
