Unmatched clusters when merging GPS data with DHS Nigeria datasets [message #12951]

When merging the children survey data with GPS data for DHS 2013, there are 7 clusters in the survey that do not have associated GPS coordinates and 8 clusters in the GPS data that were not surveyed.

Does this suggest a data entry error?
