Hi there,

I am conducting a study on contraceptive discontinuation using recent(2014-2015) Rwanda DHS data. I want to use reproductive calendar data but it is hard to use it its current single string variable form. However, I have learned that DHS program has created a system that generates events-based datasets where each change in the calendar becomes an observation thus making it easier for analysis. I am not aware of the process to access this tool and would like assistance in this matter. Could someone share this information with me?

Regards,

Dear User,
I have referred your query to one of our experts. However, until we can post an appropriate response, you may want to take a look at DHS Methodological Reports 17 https://dhsprogram.com/pubs/pdf/MR17/MR17.pdf
In addition to this there is Calendar Tutorial https://www.dhsprogram.com/data/calendar-tutorial/
Thank you!
