Malawi 2014-15, PR dataset [message #12018]

I am trying to access the Malawi 2015-16, household member recode file (SPSS). When I open the dataset in SPSS I receive an error which states the following, "The specified file is empty. Select another text file".

Any help would be much appreciated.
