Hello,
In the BDHS 2014 questionnaire there are questions on division, district, upazila, union/war, and village/mohalla/block. I can find the data on division and type of residence (urban/rural) but i can't seem to find the data on zila/district', upazila' and union/ward'code and name for each caseid/ woman/ child respondent in BDHS 2014. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you

We do not collect data below the regions representative in the DHS survey. At times administrative codes below this level are included in the data files but these are survey-specific codes and not the official country codes, we do not have the codebook to assign names to these codes. If you want to conduct an analysis at areas not representative by the survey data, you will have to use the GPS data that we routinely collect as part of our surveys. This data can be linked to country shapefiles to assign names of locations, however, you must be aware the data is displaced for reasons of confidentiality and may cross over lower level administrative area borders. This thread on our User Forum provides more information:

If you have not already done so you will need to request the GPS datasets at
http://dhsprogram.com/data/available-datasets.cfm
by navigating to the appropriate country link.
