You seem to value brevity more than clarity. What survey are you working with? The Nigeria 2013 DHS? What do you mean by adolescent? Ages 10-14? What do you mean by "generate"? Do you want to calculate an age-specific fertility rate? Do you just want to construct a binary variable that is 1 if the woman had an adolescent birth and 0 otherwise? Do you want to know the percentage of women who had a birth while an adolescent? During what time period? Are you familiar with the DHS data files?
