It is my first time to do spatial analysis. I have read through the other topics on how to do it. I am using GIS and DHS data for Zimbabwe, Malawi and Lesotho. I have downloaded the boundaries for the surveys from spatial repository, made a spatial join for the two shapefiles, joined the Household and GIS data using clusterid, dropped clusters with 0 co-ordinates. When I do a cluster and outlier analysis using ARCGIS only Lesotho works and the other two give a warning: Distances for geographic coordinates but when I do analysis on the clusters (which is not encouraged because the three datasets are representative only at regional level I get results. Anybody who has experienced the same problem or can help?

Are you still having this issue or have you found a solution?
I am not familiar with this error and have not encountered it before.
Check to see if any points fall outside of the region shapefiles? This should not be the case, but sometimes generalization makes a poitn drop outside, in Malawi there is also points on the island in the lake which can cause issues.
