I am specifically trying to find data on questions 'From whom have you sought help?' and 'Where did you go for medical help?' from India's NFHS questionnaire (http://rchiips.org/NFHS/NFHS5/schedules/NFHS-5Womans.pdf). I went through the DHS recode document and found the mention of the former question but not the latter. Please help me figure this out!

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

In the IR file I entered "describe d*" to get the labels for all the DV variables. The only one that seems related is d110c, for which the label is "na - ever went to health facility because of husband/partner's actions". The term "na" in the label is an abbreviation for "not applicable". Apparently the question was not asked. I believe this is a standard question in the module but the implementing agency for the NFHS-5 decided not to include it. I don't know at what point it was dropped or the reasons for dropping it, but it's not in the data.
