Azerbaijan D103 "not at all" [message #25918]

When re-coding the 2006 Azerbaijan data, value 3 = "not at all." This is not a code I have seen in other DHS DV modules. Have others recoded this into the no option?

Following is a response from DHS staff member Tom Pullum:

You are right. The response "Not at all" is superfluous and is equivalent to "No". The d103* variables should definitely be recoded so that code 3 is consolidated with code 0. Thanks for pointing this out.
