On behalf of the PMI Case Management team: Our group wondered if there was a way to capture whether the child was referred to a higher level facility. Perhaps it might be easier to just ask if they child was hospitalized. The idea is to capture whether they were not treated immediately at the community level or local health facility because they were referred. Right now that cannot be captured in the questionnaire.
