In response to my own message, I just want to say that I am also aware that the Malawi SPA was intended as a census.

In theory that means that no weights should apply.

However, they only managed to sample 977 out of 1060 facilities.

So I am still unsure whether to use weights, especially as FACWT is given as a variable in the facility dataset.
