You probably want to use the PR dataset as the data for anemia are collected in the household questionnaire. The data in the KR file are a copy of the same data but restricted to children whose mother was interviewed. The tabulations in the report are based on the data in the PR file.

You will probably need to merge some data, although you will find some of the bednet data already included in the PR file. There are many posts on the forum that talk about merging data.
