Dear User, Every DHS survey adapts what vaccination data are collected in a particular survey according to the practices in the particular country, in collaboration with Ministries of Health and/or other stakeholders in country. In order to know what vaccination data are collected for a particular country, you can reference the questionnaire for the survey in question. Each survey publishes the questionnaires at the end of the final report, and the vaccination card is pictured in the questionnaire. Whatever vaccinations are shown in the card in the questionnaire will also be in the data files for that country. You may search for final reports by country at this link: http://www.measuredhs.com/pubs/ So for example, 2005 Senegal DHS collected data on yellow fever coverage (see page 403 of the final report), 2006 Uganda DHS collected data on DPT-HepB-Hib coverage (see page 397 of the final report, Q506 of the Woman's Questionnaire), 2008 Egypt DHS collected data on Hepatitis coverage (see page 385 of the final report, Question 608), etc. What data are collected from the vaccination card for any particular survey should be verified with the questionnaire of the particular survey. If it was collected in the questionnaire, then those variables are in the data files, even if they are not reported in the final report. Data files are free, and available by request upon becoming a registered user at: https://dhsprogram.com/data/dataset_admin/login_main.cfm
