"Each household selected for the GDHS 2008 was eligible for interview with the Household Questionnaire. In half of the households selected for the survey, all women age 15-49 and all men age 15-59 were eligible to be interviewed if they were either usual residents of the households or visitors present in the household on the night before the survey." Yes, the household member record is different from the indivual record. Individuals records have information linking them to a household, but they are two different records.
