Thanks, first of all, for your kind reply. As for your inquiry, say, I'm going to use the file 'bdsq61dt.zip' (under the category 'Service Availability Raw') from Bangladesh DHS 2011 which contains cluster-level information on different variables, 'latitude', 'longitude' being two of them.
