The Tanzania DHS 2010 was sampled to be representative at the Zonal and regional levels only, not at the district level. Though you could determine the likely district location of the sampled clusters using a GIS software and the GPS dataset these data would not be statistically representative.
Additionally, the TDHS 2010 did not collect data on the ethnicity so disaggregation of this type is not possible.
