DHS datasets are not available until the final report is released for a particular survey. It's very difficult to anticipate when final reports and/or datasets will be available, as their release depends on several factors.

Typically, the final report is released approximately 12 months after the completion of fieldwork. Fieldwork for the 2014 Lesotho DHS was completed in December 2014, so we would anticipate that the final report would not be released before late 2015.
