Please see the Wealth Index topic page at http://www.dhsprogram.com/topics/wealth-index/Index.cfm and the Wealth Index construction page at http://www.dhsprogram.com/topics/wealth-index/Wealth-Index-C onstruction.cfm. On the Wealth Index Construction page you can find the code used in each country to produce the wealth index. These have varied quite a bit over time, so I would recommend looking at one of the most recent surveys from 2013 or later to see the latest approach.
