Dear Trevor,

Thank you for your reply and for clarifying the information about age range I found in the Guide.
I wonder if you might have some advice, or know of a protocol, on how to deal with the few inconsistencies that still remain despite extensive DHS efforts to code these. Should I drop, or recode into a separate category, those women who self-report as 'in menopause' but also report they are pregnant?
