This is in the woman's questionnaire and asks "which source do you know?"
Q483C Combien de temps faut-il pour aller de chez vous à cet endroit?
also in the woman's questionnaire and asks "How long does it take you to go there?"
Q483D Quelle distance sépare cet endroit de chez vous? "
also in the woman's questionnaire and asks "how far is this place from home?"

Questionnaires are generally located in the back of our final reports. In this case it is Appendix E. Our publications are bookmarked. You should not have a problem locating the woman's questionnaire.
