Dear User,
When you have information for a woman/man both in the household and in the individual file for education, we use what the interviewed individual (the respondent) has answered in the individual questionnaire for the variables you mentioned, HV106, HA66. In the household, normally it's the head of household who answers all the questions in this questionnaire. It may not be the individual respondent, so that's why sometimes the answers vary.
