Dear Lucia,
It is only possible to download the 1987 Sri Lanka DHS data set. The 2006 is not in the public domain. To register to download data please go to our website http://dhsprogram.com/
Click on the "Data" tab, a dropdown menu will open, click on "Download Datasets", click on Sri Lanka 1987, under Survey Datasets, click on "Data Available". At this point you are prompted to login or to register.
