The frequencies 8156 (for women) and 6853 (for men) in the bottom row of Table 14.1 are weighted. You can get them by opening the PR file and entering the following line:
tab hv104 if sheligbm==1 & shbpbg==1 & hv105>=18 [iweight=hv005/1000000]
The instructions for this line are basically given in the title and the footnote for the table, BUT there is no condition on having given consent, which is implied by the last part of the footnote, "and those who consented to fasting blood glucose measurement".
I do not actually see the variables for that kind of consent. If you enter "lookfor consent" you will see the variables for consent for the blood pressure measurements, separately for women and men. I'm sure that consent was required for blood glucose measurement, but for some reason it was not actually included in the construction of the denominators for Table 14.1.
