Missing women's weight and height measurements in DHS-8 [message #29958]

I am working with the latest release of DHS-8. Across countries, I find that women's weight and height measurements are missing for a large share of the observations. For example, in the Kenyan individual recode file, v447 indicates "no measurement found in household" for 47.44% of the dataset. I cannot find an obvious reason for that, which is why I am concerned that the missing values might indicate a selection problem.
