Thanks for your response.
I would use the data from KR file "KH_2021-22_DHS_06022024_157_214586\KHKR82DT\KHKR82FL.DTA"
Since it has the variable of mother BMI and the child record.
For the cross sectional study of the relationship of mother's BMI and Child's BMI is feasible using KR file.

By the way I do concerned since all of the measured children appear in the PR file, so the sample maybe less biased than the sample of children interviewed woman than the KR file but link the characteristic of children from the interviewed mother from KR file.
