You are misunderstanding the meaning of the variables. bord_01 is for the last birth, not for all births. bord_02 is for the next-to-last birth.

Similarly, h7_1 is for the LAST birth in the last five years (0-59 months), not all children aged 12-59; h7_2 is for the next-to-last birth in the last five years, etc.

Note that if the last birth died then h7_1 will be blank. for example, if there are two children born in the last five years, and the last one died then h7_1 will be blank, and h7_2 will contain the information for the last living child born in the last five years.
