Following is a response from Senior DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:
The code I gave with pord and other "p" variables was for DHS-8 surveys, which include pregnancy histories. It works on the Kenya 2022 survey and other DHS-8 surveys.
For the Kenya 2014 survey, table 6.5 is a little different. It applies just to births, not to pregnancies. Here is a program I wrote about 5 years ago for DHS 6 and 7 surveys. I just checked it on Kenya 2014 and it works EXCEPT THAT the table in the final report for that survey includes a column for "missing". I don't know where that column comes from. Other surveys, such as Uganda 2016, do not include a "missing" column in table 6.5. I can't take the time to figure out where that column comes from.
