Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

The Ghana 2016 survey was an MIS, not a standard DHS. It did not include measurements of height and weight for children, women, or men. Perhaps you are thinking of a different survey? Please let us know if you meant to refer to a different survey.
